All orders once placed are confirmed. No cancellation is accepted within 7 days of the order delivery date.
- 100% refund if cancelled before 30 days
- 75% refund if cancelled before 15 days
- 50% refund if cancelled before 7 days
- No refund if cancelled within 7 days of the order delivery date.
Absolutely no returns are accepted once the food is handed over to the customer.
Please note that we may prepare food that may contain food allergens including but not limited to wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy products, soy, and different Indian spices. Our kitchen may process eggs. Please check your allergies before ordering food.
Food hot boxes, chaffers and other serving equipment are complimentary services for comfort of our customers. Under no circumstances, a customer can keep it with them beyond 24 hours. Customer must return the equipment to our location within 24 hours. A rental of $25 per piece of the equipment per day will be charged in case the equipment is not returned within in 24 hours of delivery.
